Account Registration & Verification
To open an account with ba99 bet, you must meet the following requirements. Providing accurate information during registration is mandatory, and any false or incorrect details may result in account termination.
- Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
- One Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
- Accurate Information: You must provide your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details accurately. This information will be cross-checked during KYC verification.
- Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ba99 bet is not liable for any loss arising from sharing your password with a third party.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Policy:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
- Deposits are typically credited instantly; any issues are resolved within a maximum of 2 hours.
- The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
- BKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are accepted payment methods.
Withdrawal Rules:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
- Payments to KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 3–24 hours.
- At least one deposit must have been made before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- Once a withdrawal request is being processed, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
- In cases of suspicious activity, ba99 bet reserves the right to temporarily place withdrawals on hold pending investigation.
ba99 bet does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which you are solely responsible.

Betting Rules
The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on ba99 bet. These terms and conditions apply to Sports Betting, live betting, casino, and lottery.
- Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review the odds and details carefully before placing your bet.
- Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or takes place outside its scheduled time, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- Odds Changes: In Live Betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
- Maximum Bet Limit: Each event and market has a maximum bet limit, which is displayed on the betting page.
- Technical Issues: ba99 bet reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
- Multiple Bets: You may place bets on multiple markets within the same event, provided they fall within the system-approved limits.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Ba99 bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the relevant terms carefully before taking advantage of any offer.
- Welcome Bonus: New members receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x the original deposit amount.
- Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set validity period (generally 30 days). If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Bonus Usage Rules: Bonus funds may be used for betting but cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or different identities will result in cancellation of all bonuses and suspension of the account.
- Reload & Cashback: Weekly reload bonuses and cashback offers are available for regular members, with terms communicated separately.
ba99 bet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of ba99 bet shall be final.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba99 bet platform. Violation of these terms and conditions may result in legal action.
- Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
- Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities on the platform.
- Threatening or harassing other users.

Account Closure & Suspension
Ba99 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of the Terms & Conditions.
- Providing false or inaccurate registration information.
- Failure to submit the required documents for KYC verification.
- Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more).
- Account seizure by order of a court or government authority.
Users may request account closure at any time. Any pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

- Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
- Any loss resulting from sharing your account login credentials with others.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, etc.).
In any event, ba99 bet's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you deposited over the preceding 12 months.

Dispute Resolution
If you wish to dispute a decision made by ba99 bet, please follow the process below:
- Step One: Send a detailed complaint to support@ba99bet.net. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
- Step Two: If the issue is not resolved at the first step, it will be escalated to our senior review team. This process takes up to 7 business days.
- Step Three: If no mutual agreement is reached, the matter will be resolved through a neutral mediator.
Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country in which ba99 bet is licensed.
